1. Unrevel the bangle.
2. Customise your bangle weight based on your preference. To add weights, insert the weighted blocks into the belt through its hollow middle section. Place each weighted block securely in between the lined panels found on the surface of the belt.
3. To reduce weights, remove each weighted block from the belt by moving the blocks along the belt through its hollow section towards the larger opening end of the belt.
4. Once you have achieved your desired weight, wrap the bangle tightly onto your wrist or ankle and then insert the larger opening end of the belt through the smaller opening end of the belt to further enhance the fit. This motion is similar to wearing a belt/watch.
5. To secure the bangle, hook the larger opening end of the belt onto (around) a couple of weighted blocks. Make sure these blocks are as far away from the small opening end of the belt. We suggest to hook onto 2-3 blocks. This ensures the bangle remains tight and secured.
