The Covid-19 pandemic has hit us in many ways since March 2020. The challenges and uncertainties that many of us have been dealing with for more than a year now can be stressful, tiring, demotivating and overwhelming.
LIVLOLA is initiating a 5-Day Charity Wellness Event to help our community who has been struggling mentally and physically during this challenging times. We've engaged with a panel of experts, from nutritionist to psychologist, to help us learn how to cope with stress and anxiety in a healthy way and better our relationships with ourselves and others.
On top of that, we are raising funds for SHELTER home to support children who have suffered from abuse, neglected or abandoned backgrounds.
