1.1 Shipping
FREE shipping within Malaysia:
There WILL NOT be any shipping fee for any transaction made within Malaysia. 
Expected arrival of goods: 2 - 3 working days upon order confirmation (where you receive a confirmation email from us). You will be receiving an email from LIVLOLA that states the delivery tracking number for your own reference and personal tracking.
International Shipping Rates:
A shipping fee will be charged on all transaction(s) outside of Malaysia, except Singapore, with the condition that purchase(s) made is above than RM300/transaction. Please find below for more details.

Expected arrival of goods: Express Shipping takes 4 - 5 working days upon order confirmation (where you receive a confirmation email from us). You will be receiving an email from LIVLOLA that states the delivery tracking number for your own reference and personal tracking.
Mailing address:
Mailing address provided upon order confirmation has to be in FULL & ACCURATE. Should there be any mistakes in such details, delivery of goods will be done 2 - 3 days upon receiving the accurate mailing address and shipping fee will be charged to the buyer. 
Disclaimer:
Once delivery tracking number is sent to the respective buyer, LIVLOLA will not be held responsible should there be any losses or damage during delivery. 

3.0 On-Demand Delivery 
• Orders made before 12PM on a working day is entitle to opt for same-day delivery.
• A delivery fee of RM15 will be charged to the buyer upon receiving the goods.
• Delivery fee (in cash) will be given to Zoom rider upon receiving the goods

2.1 Return Policy
Good(s) is/are sold upon confirmation. We do not accept product returns unless it is defected or incorrect. Pictures of the defected/ wrongly delivered goods should be shared with LIVLOLA within 1-2 days of receiving the goods via email ask@livlola.com or Facebook messenger (https://www.facebook.com/livlolamy/)
In such case, please contact us at ask@livlola.com and we will exchange the item (if not, item of same value). Should there be circumstances where LIVLOLA is unable to attend, a refund will be issued you (buyer).
How to return: 
1. Securely pack your merchandise in a box/parcel with a label printed "RETURN". 
2. Deliver the item(s) to the address below:

Kindly note: 
  • Return shipping cost will not be covered by LIVLOLA unless good(s) received is defected or incorrect.
  • Delivery of goods is not liable to LIVLOLA should there be any losses or damage during delivery. 
  • Returns/Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of acknowledgment.
