I really love the look of this sports bra, though it is not super supportive. So, it's really best for a light / low-impact workout like yoga, barre, or walking. The back is the best part. I receive so many compliments every time I wear this bra.
I was pleasantly surprised by this top. If you need support for HIIT or running, it may not be the best. But great for lower impact or just to look cute :)
