I guess this program is meant for beginner. It’s not worth it for the original price. You may try it if you don’t know how to use the resistant band at all. Perhaps should readjust the price of this program.
But the resistant band quality is good and comfortable.

I didn’t expect to get results but the 30 days challenge really gets your discipline going and to my surprise I’ve seen results within 7 days.
