Foam Roller

Foam rolling, also known as self-myofascial release (SMR) technique, is an exercise that helps release muscle tension, tightness, soreness and improve mobility. It helps prepare your muscles before a workout and recover after a workout.

However, foam rolling is not limited to before and after a workout. It is a great exercise (we call it "home massage") to wind down and relax those tense muscles around your back, neck, and hips after a long day at work.
